The Bayanihan Natin is owned and managed by Di-VES Foundation (Phils) Inc., the Foundation Arm of Di-VES Products Corp. The purpose is to create a revenue program and use it to help Philippine agriculture and farmers by selling farm-produced products through Bayanihan Natin's Farm-To-Home Program.
In support of the Bayanihan Natin, CLARUSe Ventures Corp, the affiliated company of Di-VES Products Corp is handling food distribution and last-mile delivery through its C&M stores and online services with a unique rewards program available to its members.

Bayanihan natin is not about profit. It was created by its founder to offer to Filipinos, ways and means to reduce the cost of food, and improve transport services, and offer another way of how to put food on the table.
